Proof of USEF membership must be given to Show Secretary. Individuals unable to present proof of membership are required to complete this form and pay a Show Pass fee in the amount of $45.00. As of 12/1/2022, only one Show Pass Form is allowed per competition year. If you have already submitted a Show Pass Form for the year, a competing membership is required. Please Note: Competing membership is required for Trainers/Coaches, and this includes parents signing as trainers. As of 12/1/2024, at least one owner of a farm/business must be a Senior Active Competing member in good standing with the Federation.

Where/when Can I purchase a USEF Show Pass?

• A Show Pass can only be purchased directly from USEF, online, for $45.00.
• A Show Pass can only be purchased online in the fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the competition and can be purchased online if the competition has already started, but must be purchased before horse and rider can compete.
• Show Passes cannot be purchased at Show Office.
